Easy. No cheat. So on post-workout recovery days I get wicked hungry. Does that happen to you too? Like my body knows it is rebuilding muscle and I eat a ton of protein. Today is one of those days. I was eyeing my sons granola bar wishfully. Then I remembered biscotti and coffee fondly. What if I could have a mix of both? What if you could too? You can. Totally. YUM. Easy. Delish. Recipe here
