    Hey everyone,

Just had to share, cause I impressed the heck out of myself

I actually did handstand pushpus without a support for the first time ever, and I caught it on film!

Very nice! I can do it against a wall, but I'd break my neck trying to do it without support.

(Hey, how about smiling into the camera at the end next time? Nice belly shot, but I'm a "face" person, myself.)

What you don't see in the video is the rope attached to his feet, looped over a pulley, and the assistant just out of view of the camera.

It's grandma, but you can call me sir.

    Nice!

I haven't been able to do that for about four years now. Am working my way back up - thanks for the inspiration!

Apparently I suck at life, so I'm crowd-sourcing my decisions, and sharing what I learn.

Sean, that really is impressive! Very well done!

Handstand pushups have long been a fantasy goal of mine. I'm not there yet, but I hope to feel that sense of triumph some day soon.

Did you do anything in particular to work up to them?

Wow! I have a hard enough time with regular push ups, I can't imagine doing them like that! Nice.
