    NomNom's Dang Fine Chicken

This chicken is my featured recipe this week and a must try! NomNom does it again! I made some mods with some less expensive ingredients I had on hand and it was still terrific. Mod's and recipe and link on blog

Using low lectin/nightshade free primal to control autoimmune arthritis. (And lost 50 lbs along the way )

I loved how this recipe was easy and fast to put together and tasted amazingly tender and flavorful. The only thing for me was to remember to factor in marinating time. Totally worth the time in the fridge though

Sounds great. I'm going to try it (wondering what to substitute for the 1 tablespoon Tamari). Soy sauce?

Yep, you could. I use Tamari b/c it is GF. NomNom used the healthiest choice, coconut aminos.

Made this last night, great stuff. I used the original recipe, I would not recommend using the coconut oil as it solidifies when putting in in the refrigerator while marinating.

This looks so delicious! What would you recommend to serve it on top of? Maybe 1/4C of cooked white rice with a stir fry of various peppers?
