Whew, super-stressful night at work! Nurses yelling at me, doctors yelling at me, not that I've done anything - just everybody freaking out because we're busy etc. Good thing I'm a cavewoman and handle stress really well!

Back at work, here's hoping for a better night. Whew. Also I am going to try to spend less time on the computer this week, so perhaps I will be scarce. I'm going to get serious about developing an exercise routine, and if I just spend 1/4 of the time exercising that I currently do on the computer, I will look like Wonder Woman in a couple of weeks.

Woke up this afternoon weighing 140.5 lbs! So close, so close! Am off work until Friday, looking forward to some play and relaxation and also getting into some more exercise. I managed 4 whole minutes of shovelglove today. Also some squats and lunges.

Awesome Siobhan! Go for it girl, you are allowed to be scarce - to a point that is! We still look forward to hearing from you - and wondering when we get to see the before and after pics?

    Eh bien...je suis encore ici...

Back at work. Someone called out. Glad I got my shovelglove in. Just dove head first into a plate of ribs. Glad I did my laundry this afternoon, I have only one pair of scrubs that sort of fit.

Maybe some pics when I am at goal weight. Maybe when I fit into my old Lucky Brand jeans, which I haven't found yet - still packed in a box somewhere. Must find them before too long.

Popping in for just a minute to report I have made a pretty good transition to VFFs. I'm wearing them a lot - pretty much everywhere it is socially acceptable - running errands, walking, etc. Not to work or to church. Feet feel great, as does the rest of me. Except for my left index finger, which I caught in a door and ripped off the fingernail, Yes, that is just as painful as it sounds.
