Go eat; it's your fuel.
This morning I got home after a quite busy and stressful night at work and felt really hungry - no wonder since it had been quite a while since I had eaten - ate two raspberries and the hunger vanished. Weird. Unfortunately, I woke up four hours later REALLY hungry but much too tired to get up to prepare and eat some food. So the rest of my sleep was rather broken and tonight I am tired, tired. This is a lesson I had learned before but forgot. Still, I really didn't feel like eating this morning, tummy was just slightly upset, probably stress. Right now I am quite hungry but have no will to go get my food from the refrigerator and eat it.

Make the effort girl! You'll feel better for it! I wish I had the same problem, not wanting to eat that is. I baked some paleo cookies this afternoon, mainly for the kids, and I liked them so much I ate way too many. Ended up being my lunch sort of![]()

Well, I took your advice and ate my sausage and cabbage followed by raspberries. I do feel better but I'm not 100% tonight. My back is a little sore and I am really tired. Can't wait for this night to be over!

Got very busy at work and didn't have time to eat, so I came home this morning with a powerful hunger. Cooked and ate a huge fat-heavy meal - 70% fat! 18% protein, 11% carb. Two uncured hot dogs, cabbage, cheese, an egg, butter (of course) all cooked up together - it was like something from heaven. Also a wedge of cantaloupe. Lots of water. Now I need to stay up for a while. Can't really jump into bed right after a 700-calorie meal, I'm sure the reflux would be quite an experience. I felt the need for a really satiating meal. Those uncured natural hot dogs from Applegate Farms are my favorite, my go-to meal when I really feel like eating. They are so beefy and they throw off the most delicious beefy fat when you pan-fry them, so good for cooking vegetables in.
I am going to get a really good day's sleep, I can tell.
