    What is this called?

    Shop Now
Four tablespoons of tallow and coconut oil, medium heat
Thimble-full of chopped turmeric, added first
1/3 of a purple onion, chopped and added next - all added in order listed
    One shoebox-sized container of greens
Cook until mushy, turn heat down to the exact temp where eggs will slow cook but never burn,
    Add six eggs
Add 4 to 6 ounces of coconut milk
Add 1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper

Stir occasionally, lid on pan, until egg is mostly fluffy.

Is this an omelet? Creamy egg stir-fry?

It sounds delicious. I wouldnt even try to label it, you would take away the beauty and uniqueness of the mess you created. I dont know what half the combinations of flavours I mash together are called....lol

Shirred eggs is pretty close, but I do like the idea of not naming it.
