    too much fat??

    Primal Fuel
Is 150 grams a day too much fat. Especially coming mostly from nuts (not including peanuts).
Sources include: hazelnuts, macadamias, flax, chia, and hemp seeds.

Nuts are really not the best choice for a main source of fats or calories for that matter. They are not something our bodies are designed to eat in mass quantities.

If I eat to many nuts I start to feel the effects as in a mild allergic reaction(caughing and wheezing if I eat a bunch on subsequent days). It is easier to eat animal fats and coconut oils anyway.

You don't need nuts. Get fats from my previous list.
