What can I add to Almond Butter (instead of salt)?

    Primal Fuel
I made some Almond Butter the other day:

With just organic almonds and pink Himalayan salt - however, even though it tasted less saltier than the brand I usually buy, I would like to try something else instead of salt - any suggestions?
    :-)

We made a tasty treat by mixing almond butter, coconut oil, cocoa, and some honey. Heat the coconut oil and honey in a saucepan, mix in the cocoa and then mix that with the almond butter. Cool in refrigerator until hardened. It makes a great
chocolate, peanut butter snack. You won't miss the salt.

That sounds very interesting - thanks! Although I might skip the honey, trying to stay off sweet stuff.

Were the quantities equal parts or was it mostly almond butter? Thanks!
