I had an excess of double cream and decided to make my next batch of kefir by adding the cream to the usual milk. BOY did it make a very rich and thick kefir in only 12 hours!
Usually I can only drink the kefir as its never thick enough to have any other way, but the one with cream is far thicker and can only eat it with a spoon!
I'm not a complete idiot! There's parts missing!!
