So I tried something new yesterday. I made fried (in coconut oil) chicken tenders that were coated with coconut after being put in an egg wash. I really enjoyed them but felt they could have used some sort of sauce to dip them in. Does anyone know what type of sauce would pair well with coconut chicken tenders? A bbq type sauce? Mustard based? yougurt? I'm new to cooking and am still trying to figure out flavours that pair well together. Thanks!

You could try making a dipping sauce of almond butter and soy sauce or almond butter and coconut milk.

Whenever I have dry chicken breast, I make this ginger sauce to add fat.

You need chopped green onions and diced ginger. Heat coconut oil until quite hot, add green onions. Take it off the heat and add ginger. Its an asian recipe usually made with veg. oil and I primalized it.

Also, you can try this primal chutney recipe: http://cavemanfood.blogspot.com/2009...ith-spicy.html
