Today was a rush at work!! Decided I needed a nice relaxing jog/walk with our Staffie & 1 hour of Hatha Yoga (that was awesome)- feel so much better and stretched from head to toe :-) Used to do Yoga almost daily a year ago (including cardio & conditioning exercises), but I must say I missed out on that. Think that's going to be one of my missions to have some relaxing time aswell.

It's been awhile since I have been on the site, had a few hickups along the way, underactive thyroid, cyst removed and gained about 20lbs in the process + worst of all tried a lot of yo yo diets uhhhh. So I'm back and starting Primal all over again :-)
