We're also doing a brisket. Grass-fed this time! It's on the smoker now so we can just reheat it tomorrow after church. It's almost to 165. After it gets there I'll wrap it in foil, then let it cook till it gets to around 200, then put in a cooler for a couple hours. Should be delicious.

Love me some brisket! Haven't decided what to cook for the family yet. Thinking something simple.....perhaps BBQ chicken.

We're starting with bacon wrapped scallops, garlic shrimp, followed by rib eye steaks, and I haven't figured out which vegetables yet.

We're having grilled salmon, mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, asparagus, carrots with a balsamic reduction, and a bunch of non-Primal yummies.

Brisket - best cut, IMO. Enjoy!

Not sure what we're having - going to my mother's, and she's in charge of the menu.

Just gotta say - LOVE me some brisket! Just had some last night, in fact. Definitely one of my favorite cuts!
