Okay, I need a few choices of recipes for rocky mountain oysters, done with lamb, not beef. I just got some yesterday from US Wellness Meats. (Had a great pun about "packaging" in the lost post. Oh well.)

No breading, and that includes almond or coconut. I want to taste my food, not my breading. No deep fat fryer either. Also, timing to reflect lamb over larger (one presumes) items such as beef balls. Ideas and recipes very welcome! My earlier surfing on the net left me unsatisified. A good marinate may help.
