Pina colada recipe? page

When i google a primal recipe for pina colada it always calls for pineapple juice.. not really primal. Does anyone have a true paleo recipe? Or can I use just pineapple chunks and coconut milk?

Yummm, Was in Puerto Rico in February, they put pineapple chunks in the blender with the coconut milk, rum and whatever else. OMG they were fantastic.

yup, that's how I make them.
Also, really good if you freeze the pineapple first
