I drink a lot of unsweet black iced tea. Does this create any problems with the pb way of eating. Will it hinder weight loss? Thanks for any advice.

    Yes it will kill you.

Then 3 days later you will rise from he grave.

And it will kill you again.

If you have any sleep issues I would eliminate the tea for a few weeks to see if they improve. Otherwise, I think it should be fine.
Using low lectin/nightshade free primal to control autoimmune arthritis. (And lost 50 lbs along the way )

Tea is a recommended drink. If you think about it, it's flavored water. I drink about 48 oz of black tea a day. Mark of course recommends white tea over black and green b/c of lower caffeine contents, but I find the caffeine content to be so low that if I don't get my tea, I don't get headaches - unlike when I would skip Mt. Dew.

It's hydration. It's not going to hurt.

That's great! I had read in his book that tea was fine, but it's nice to have confirmation, cause I love me some tea!

Many people come to this forum and ask if certain food is ok or not, which is understandable. But asking if un-sweet tea is ok. Cmooooon man. Whats next? I drink water every day. Does this create any problems with the pb way of eating? Will it hinder weight loss?

^^be nice. sometimes one can read things here that don't exactly go along with the book or other posts. maybe that is what happened?

being new and wanting to do it correctly shouldn't be a big deal.

Thanks for the replies that came from helpful people. My concern was whether or not too much caffeine would hinder weight loss in any way. I try to watch it too close to bedtime, but usually I sleep ok. Thanks again.
