drank a teaspoon of extra fine virgin olive oil.

It seemed to make my cravings go away. Is this a good idea, or is there something better I could do?

    Thanks as always

Have a spoonful of coconut cream.

    Or a chunk of butter.

Or a bite or two of leftover meat.

    Some macadamias.

Olive oil isn't a bad idea! But there's better.

Mmmmm...coconut cream.... *drools* That works like a charm for me. Stops my cravings, and that way I don't end up running to the store and eating an entire package of Oreos.
