I eat a lot of chocolate bark and decided to try something different today. I'm moving away from artificial sweeteners and using raw honey instead, I think I'd rather have the carbs than the chemicals.

1 15 oz jar of coconut manna
1 cup cocoa
1/2 cup raw honey

I used a double boiler and combined ingredients, heating and stirring until well blended. I spooned the mixture into cupcake liners just to hold the mess together. After cooling they have a texture something between cookie dough and brownies, a little crumbly. But delicious. This batch made 20 bars at about 110 calories each, with 10 carbs (4 of those are fiber). I ate two and froze the rest.
