    Primal Fuel

Hello everybody, hope all is well.

Basically I'm searching for a book with simple ingredience/easy-to-make stuff.

In other words, nothing complicated, like needing a chiefs degree to cook the meals, or weird/rare ingredience that are hard to find. And obviously something that's inline with the Primal ways!

Grain-free gourmet is a decent book.

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification

does anybody own "Healthy Urban Kitchen"? interested in hearing about that.. I have mostly just been making my own creations. I focus on a meat and then add some veggies and fat. I eat a lot of the same stuff though so I'm looking to diversify a little.

Also check out www.paleofood.com for online recipes.

I used to seriously post here, now I prefer to troll.
