Blueberry Banana Protein Pancake
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1tbs ground flax seed
1 ripened banana, mashed
1/2c fresh blueberries
1/2tbs organic vanilla soy milk (or milk of your choice)
1. Mix all ingredients except strawberries- it's important for the bananas to be completely mashed.
2. Fry in a skillet with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
3. Flip onto plate, top with strawberries.
Makes about four pancakes depending on size, with about 27g of protein overall depending on powder used.
