    Major food porn

Hey guys! Some of these recipes will be mine, some might just be good ones I find that I thought I'd share... On another note, if anyone has a substitute for banana bread, I'm all ears; I made it frequently and am aching for it... also anything for which I can employ alfredo sauce.

    Baked Spinach Chips
    Ingredients
    Large amount of spinach
Olive oil to coat leaves, sparsely- 1 tbs oil / 400g leaves
Herbs. (pepper, curry powder, red pepper powder, garlic powder and thyme)

    Directions
    1. Preheat oven at 120C / 250F,
    2. Rinse and dry the spinach leafs,
    3. Place spinach in a large bowl, pour in some olive oil to coat the leafs,
    4. Add herbs, toss it all around,
    5. Place some baking paper on a tray, and lay out the spinach nice and evenly,
    6. Pop them in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Keep checking on them until they’re crisp!

    Baked Parmesan Tomatoes
    Ingredients
    4 tomatoes, halved horizontally
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Freshly ground pepper, to taste
    4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

    Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
    2. Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet. Top with Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.

    Protein Cheesecake
    Ingredients
12oz Fat Free Philadelphia Cream Cheese
10oz F age 0% Fat Free Greek Yogurt
    2 whole eggs
    3/4c Granulated Splenda
    1/4c 1% Milk
1.25 Scoop Trutein Vanilla Protein (42.5g)
    1tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/4tsp Kosher salt

    Directions
    All ingredients at room temperature.

    1. Preheat Oven to 325 - Prepare 6” cake pan with non-stick spray and parchment paper in the bottom.
    2. Cream Cheese in mixer - mix on medium until creamy - scrape sides of bowl down.
    3. Add splenda - mix on medium until incorporated - scrape sides of bowl down.
    4. Add eggs one at a time while on medium. Again…scrape.
    5. Add the rest of the ingredients - mix on medium for 3 minutes.
    6. Pour in pan - extra batter in mouth - yum.
    7. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Turn oven to 200 for 50min - 1 hour. Remove and let cool on the counter. Wrap and refrigerate overnight.

The 6” pan is important… otherwise baking times and consistency change. Buy one or remove cheesecake when it’s 155 degrees in the center.

Adding flavors are pretty simple…want chocolate? Add in 3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder and replace the milk with 1/4 cup brewed coffee (or milk will still work).

    Blueberry Banana Protein Pancake
    Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1tbs ground flax seed
    1 ripened banana, mashed
    1/2c fresh blueberries
1/2tbs organic vanilla soy milk (or milk of your choice)
    2 strawberries

    Directions
    1. Mix all ingredients except strawberries- it's important for the bananas to be completely mashed.
    2. Fry in a skillet with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
    3. Flip onto plate, top with strawberries.

Makes about four pancakes depending on size, with about 27g of protein overall depending on powder used.

because some of the recipes are theirs, and some were found that taste good. like they said.
    beautiful
    yeah you are

I mean there's so many ants in my eyes! And there are so many TVs, microwaves, radios... I think, I can't, I'm not 100% sure what we have here in stock.. I don't know because I can't see anything! Our prices, I hope, aren't too low!
