    I wish I could eat a dozen eggs a week, but every time I try and eat more than one or two within a couple of days I get sick. Eggs are great though.

    I eat 3 a day every morning... Sometimes ill do 3-4 eggs for dinner as well but not very often.

    I eat about 10-15 a week, have done for a long time now even before going paleo. Can't say I've ever had my cholesterol checked though, but I'm not worried. Eggs are great (especially when you get a double yolker!)

    I usually use 3-6 eggs when I do use them, but that's not necesarilly every day. My cholesterol is fine.

    I eat a half dozen just about every day with a tablespoon of KG or CO.

    The trig/HDL of 0.29 is calculated on mmol/L so should be less than 0.9 NOT 2 (and it still is).

    2 is used for mg/dL and this case its 0.65 (below 2, so good)

    I usually get through just over a dozen, as most days my breakfast consists of two eggs and bacon.

    I must admit, because I'm still a bit of a newbie, that I'm worried about dealing with a doctor should I have blood tests in the future. But the more comments I read from people here on MDA, the more reassured I feel that eggs are powerhouses of goodness and I should keep it up!
