    Testosterone & Vit D

I read a article today of Mark about testosterone and Vit D. I think that is one of my main issues at this stage(underactive thyroid), my testoterone hormone count is 0.5 and should be 3.2 for a women at 32 and I don't take any Vit D supplements & zinc (muscle loss and lack of energy/cravings). Will go to the stores tomorrow to get some Vit D and stopped the pill for the testosterone issue. Also I feel like I crave and eat a lot of much protein & see some jounals with 90g protein, 70 carbs and 110 fat. Don't really know how to accomplish that. Or is that the way to lose weight, more fat than protein and carbs (still waiting for my ordered Blue Print book)

I went to the store yesterday and bought my Vit D3, Zinc and Vit A and started using it yesterday to check if that will boost my immune system.

Be carefull with supplementing with vitamin A (I read it can be dangerous)... You can easily get enough vit A from natural sources if you eat all kinds of liver, eggs, carrots and spinach etc.

But vit D3 and zink supplementation is propably a good idea! I take vit D3 too, untill the middle of the summer where the best source is unfiltered midday sunlight.

Check your dosage for vit C, some of the tablets in our supermarkets are like 400IU which is nothing. When researching this myself, I found many primal people take up to 10000IU per day, whilst this is deemed the safe limit, I probably do 5000IU everyday. And you should feel different because of it. I dont think theres any threat of vitamin A toxicity unless you are Vitamin D deficient.

My daily intake of Vit D3 is 500IU (1 tablet) guess that's not enough, Vit A is 10000UI (per tablet) and Vit C 1000mg/tablet and sometimes I take 2000mg. Should I increase the Vit D??
