    Bullet Proof?

    Shop Now
Stumbled on The Bulletproof website and wondered if people here agreed with his recommendations.

His eat this and not this chart for example, or his bulletproof coffee.

By the way, what type of device is needed to make the coffee? A blender of some sort?

    Thanks!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Bulletproof Coffee! I like some of his food suggestions too. I follow his fitness guide fro resistance training and intermittent fasting. I'm not into too much biohacking, but the basics are easy to incorporate.

I use a stovetop espresso maker with home roasted coffee, Kerrygold Butter, and an immersion blender. I add really dark chocolate sometimes. You can also use coconut butter.

Hi ckck, I hang out here too sometimes!

Any blender (even a hand blender, although a real blender makes it foamier) and any type of coffee brewing works. Lately I've been using a french press. Just grind the beans (low toxin ones), toss them in, add boiling water, and wait 4 mins then press to filter.
