I LOVE LOVE LOVE Bulletproof Coffee! I like some of his food suggestions too. I follow his fitness guide fro resistance training and intermittent fasting. I'm not into too much biohacking, but the basics are easy to incorporate.
I use a stovetop espresso maker with home roasted coffee, Kerrygold Butter, and an immersion blender. I add really dark chocolate sometimes. You can also use coconut butter.
