One pound of YUM burger page

Monster fat-Texas sized "can't get it in my mouth burger" with herbs and tons of flavor. I asked my family what we should name this gem and my youngest said, "It's WONDERFUL Burger!" Actually, this may be one of the best burgers I've ever had. Did it on the iron stove top grill pan. Recipe Here.

I'm really, really sorry I can't give you a better picture. It deserves a better picture. We were to eager to dive into it.

ROFL. I know right?? That was an edge of the burger. Each one takes up about 1/4 of a 12" pan once cooked down. They are reeeallly good. Holler if you decide to try one!

Just so happens I bought 2lbs of ground buffalo and 1lb lamb. Gonna have to try it, but add bacon pieces and blue cheese:-)

Sounds tasty. I've never tried adding olives or jalapenos to a burger before.
