    I've been taking a few drops of Magnascent iodine everyday and a few times a week a drop of SSKI. Three drops of the Magnascent is around 6x the RDA of iodine and one drop of SSKI is around 30mg of potassium iodide. Kelp worries me since it probably contains heavy metals.
