I have always tended to eat more food earlier in the day (my schedule has always seen me up around 3-4 am)-- so that is nice to know.

I plan on only small indulgences around big social events and in cases where there is little primal food to be found. I am still eating fruit, dark chocolate, and drinking wine during my 30 so I am not avoiding all sugar.
Thanks for the info, Day 4 and I am feeling like a new person without all the junk.
