Back on track today! Didn't pig out on anything other than what I've bought myself.
Breakfast: egg with mixed veges.
Morning Tea: a small avocado, red capsicum, celery sticks and a boiled egg.
Lunch: creamy mushroom, bacon and chicken with steamed pumpkin and broccoli.
Afternoon Tea: (planned) can of tomato and onion tuna
Dinner: not sure yet, I'd like steak, mushrooms and steamed vege but we'll see what pans out.
