Breakfast: silverbeet, 1/2 tomato, 40g sweet potato, 50g chuck steak, red capsicum, 1 egg, 1/3 carrot.
Morning Tea: red capsicum, carrot and celery sticks, broccoli florets.
Lunch: 90g chuck steak, silverbeet, red capsicum, 1/3 carrot, 160g sweet potato.
Dinner: out for dinner again! baby beets, green leaves salad, chicken and Labna from a pub in town, beer battered chips.
Dessert: 3! Small pieces of white chocolate mud cake. Eek!
Whoops!/ didn't end well and I paid for it afterwards. Consequences like those discourage from eating cake again. Still learning.

Plenty of learning still to be done. Felt yucky going to bed. Slept ok though, but I generally have since moving primal.
