    Thursday.
Breakfast: silverbeet, 1/2 tomato, 40g sweet potato, 50g chuck steak, red capsicum, 1 egg, 1/3 carrot.
Morning Tea: red capsicum, carrot and celery sticks, broccoli florets.
Lunch: 90g chuck steak, silverbeet, red capsicum, 1/3 carrot, 160g sweet potato.
Dinner: out for dinner again! baby beets, green leaves salad, chicken and Labna from a pub in town, beer battered chips.
Dessert: 3! Small pieces of white chocolate mud cake. Eek!
Whoops!/ didn't end well and I paid for it afterwards. Consequences like those discourage from eating cake again. Still learning.

    Breakdown for Thursday:
    1685 calories
    42% carbs or 180g
    43% fat or 81g
    15% protein or 61g.

Plenty of learning still to be done. Felt yucky going to bed. Slept ok though, but I generally have since moving primal.
Went Primal on 1st April 2012

    Since beginning Primal:
    - The stomach cramps I'd been having have vanished.
    - People comment that my skin is glowing.
    - I enjoy getting out of bed (most of the time)
    - I'm so excited by food.

I keep falling off too - they must have oiled the railings on that wagon. I had a piece of banoffe pie, and dates with yoghurt today. Plus I am doing a big day long wine tour + food tomorrow. I am going to try and get back on the wagon for good Sunday.

Atleast your dessert was primal, that's a step! I think we all just need to relax and stop being so hard on ourselves

Lucy-I can't wait to hear about the wine tour! That is a dream of mine, I just need to make it happen. Stay primal!

Really? Was dessert primal? More primal than the rest of my day? Whee am I going wrong?

    Saturday. Saturday. Saturday.
Not looking forward to writing this one down.
Breakfast: bacon and egg mcmuffin, soy chai latte from the big M.
    Lunch: BBQ chicken and salad
Dinner: BBQ chicken, eggs and veges.
snacks: piece of muesli slice, spoonful of cake mix, mixed berries with cocoa.
Had a wonderful day, just unfortunate breakfast and snack choices.
Hope LLL was good Lucy, I missed out on going today.

I have this issue where once I have a little itty bitty taste of something I just can't stop. Like for example icing cakes for church morning tea this morning I couldnt help myself but to taste just a little and before I knew it I was licking the bowl and spoon and every little drip. So annoying.
Haven't eaten very well this weekend. Haven't felt like big meals but then have fallen for the snacky little tastes of everything in sight. Another poor weekend. Sorry to all who I'm disappointing. My hope is that I might start feeling better about myself once I get back to normality and work days this week. :|
