so recently telling someone about my elimination of grains, and they told me live grains were ok because they arent processed. and ezekial bread is made with live grains so its ok. this seems fishy to me....what are your thoughts on live grains? can you tell me first what are they, and where do they stand in a primal diet? thanks!!!

They are definitely not primal or paleo. Sprouting eliminates a little of the antinutrient but not actually that much. They're still inflammatory and nutritionally poor.

live grains? like growing out of the ground? huh? sprouted grains still have plenty of gluten.
