Lately I had been feeling really fatigued during the workday. I sit at a computer for 10 hours and sometimes get headaches. These symptoms seemed normal considering the work conditions. But just this week I stopped taking my morning Vitamin C supplement, added a TBSP of chia seed every morning and switched my Potassium magnesum supplement to just before bed instead in the morning. All week I've felt really good and the work day is flying by. I feel more alert and awake too. Could these changes have helped me out?
