Recently I cut out all dairy.
However in the past two days I really just wanted some HWC in my coffee. So I decided to have it.

All of today I have felt just completely fatigued and non-energetic plus have been craving carbs all day.

Is it possible that that re-introduction of dairy could cause immense carb cravings and fatigue?? I feel like back when I was eating a SAD diet and my blood sugars were low.

I am trying to figure out why I feel so cruddy all of a sudden. I am studying for finals at school almost non-stop and am starting to feel really run down.
I don't know if it's because I'm getting sick OR the possible dairy that I have consumed in the last two days.

Back on plan tomorrow. Just want to NOT feel like this.
