Six strips of bacon to make one taco shell? Wow. I'll take a lettuce wrap taco with a strip of bacon in it. Put some beef, tomato, onion, pepper and avocado in it, and it's delicious!

I will never turn down a few strips of bacon (usually cook some each day) but with tacos, where you normally have more than one, I think it's a bit overkill.

If you like it, enjoy it! There may come a day where I want tacos and have no lettuce but a lot of bacon; I will make these!
