PB eating for 6 weeks now plus hot yoga plus trying LHT for the first time -- I have lost an inch off my weight and a half-inch off my thighs.

I gained some weight this week after losing, but I don't care much, since I think it is muscle. Total weight loss of 5 lbs since returning to PB.

Hello, an inch off my waist! While eating bacon and eggs! Whoop!

However, I had a bad moment today and ate a gluten-free cupcake. WHEN am I going to learn not to do that, even occasionally? I feel kind of sick right now.
