    Would Sugar snap peas or Oriental pea pods be considered a vegtable or a legume??

    If the pea is undeveloped and it's just pod - it's veggie.
    If the peas are developed, then it's a legume.

    They're kinda like green beans, in that the seeds inside are immature~ I love green peas and green beans! Especially raw with dip
