    That baconnaise is not food. Second ingredient is soybean oil! Gross.

    And no, you should not eat massive quantities of bacon; it is not "health food", it's meat candy.

    Pretty much any bacon that was every attached to a pig, unlike baconnaise. Preferably not cured with nitrites or nitrates or whatever.

    I confess to not having had the time to make real bacon fat mayo... Can't wait to try it.
    I am intolerant to soy( wouldn't use it If I could) , don't want to use canola, so that pretty much leaves olive oil and bacon fat!
