Good to see Blue Hills Farm on there - one of my locals whose rare breed pork is sensational! The first time I went was because I'd heard about it and ... he had none prepared! He ummed and ahhhed a little and I got the impression he was weighing up the idea of slaughtering and butchering one for me then and there! Probably not, but it was a funny experience.
