Ack. It seems like all the supplements I've been seeing contain icky fillers and/or non-optimal forms of various nutrients. While I know I ought to be able to get enough goodies from my diet, I don't think I am. I'm actually looking at Mercola's multivitamins--he irks me, but his vitamins *look* top quality. No fillers, pretty good nutrition. Anyone have anything that's worked well for them? Looking for something that'd be good for a 40+ year old woman and a 45+ year old husband.
