    Seafood Salad similar to Subway's

    Primal Fuel
    I was so desperately missing Subway's Seafood Salad! Created this. It's even better!!! Oh yeah. Double blog post today cause I HAD to share this with anyone that wants a good seafood salad

    Perfect! I've never eaten at Subway, but this salad looks really good! I have all the ingredients in, so looks like this could be my lunch for tomorrow, spread onto lettuce leaves as a wrap.

    If you're okay with dairy, geostump, a little soured cream or greek-style yoghurt would work fine.

    i'm w/ Geo - i hate mayo [and sour cream and yogurt].

    Geo, maybe you could try some kind of dressing like a german style potato salad vinegar dressing?

    This sounds good! I might make a variation of it. Never had Subway's seafood salad, but I confess, I do like the kind they sell in grocery store delis and seafood counters.
