Is hazelnut butter a good peanut butter alternative? page

Is it healthy? It tastes good so the chance of it being unhealthy is quite big..

Depends on the kind of butter you're talking about.

Nuttella for instance is a hazelnut-chocolate butter filled with sugars. Taste a lot like an orgasm but is not something you should indulge in frequently. if it's 100% hazelnut butter there won't be much of an issue will it?

It's 100% hazelnut.
But for example 100% peanut butter is bad. It tastes good
Fruit an sweet potatoes should be very limited. It tastes good
Grains are bad. They taste good
Milk is bad. It tastes good.
Legumes are bad. They taste good
Pasta is bad. They taste good.

I'm not complaining though, there are plenty healthy good tasting foods but I'm just saying

also if you're looking for a nut butter to help you wean off of pb, go for Barney Butter. It has the texture of pb, but it's almond butter. Personally, I allow pb into my 20%, and happily endorse Peanut Butter & Co. They're stuff is worth the peanut poison

I don't necessarily count natty peanut butter as bad. I guess I'm not as primal as most of the audience of this forum. I'm eating it now with no problems, It's a fantastic way for me to get in more calories. I only skimmed marks book and I do reckon him saying legumes are not an issue. Unless you are going full out Paleo or have issues with legumes, give them a try.

It's really awesome. So much better than almond butter and the texture is almost a 100% like peanut butter
