Sunday night --- had a great weekend!
I stayed on course! I ate only meat, eggs, veggies and fruit the entire weekend! there were 6 other people there - my sister and husband on their boat, and our friends with their 2 nearly grown boys on another boat. Everyone else was stuffing their faces all weekend with chips and dip, crackers, cookies, pop .............. junk junk junk! I said no thank you to CAKE BALLS - Oreo cookies, and lots of other things. But I compensated by having fruit and almonds ............. all healthy - but high calorie. I'm going to weigh in the morning and see what the damage is. I was 187 friday morning. I just stepped on the scales - at 10 pm, after eating all day and it said 191.......... so I'm a bit worried. But even if I did gain a pound - I did it with healthy stuff and not junk food.
I'm feeling good physically too - not having junk food or alcohol and I can tell! Energy and stamina are doing great!
Tomorrow starts another challenge........... I'm going to my friends for the week.......... She'll most definitely want to have some drinks. She understands I don't eat grains and am avoiding sugars right now. I need to stay strong and on course.
