first time at the computer. this is harder than I expected. pain meds barely take the edge off. doc said I can take 3 Vicodin every 3 hours. these r the 750s. the big guns. with 800 mg ibuprofen at alternating 3 hours, so poor hubby was giving me meds every 90 minutes the past 2 days. the nerve block wore off after 28 hours and that's when the pain began. my head is a big swirl.

damage was more severe than expected. big tear in supraspinatus fixed with 4 stitches and a screw. bone spur removed. one leg of bicep shredded and unrepairable. so I now have a monocep. gotta go lay down.
