My Primal Battle Tome
Just for clarity -- I'm not taking a nutritional break -- still eating primally. I just need to break my addiction to the forums! I spend way too much time reading journals and writing in my own journal.
I'm giving the WWs online program a try. Yes it allows for all the "bad" things......... but it is very doable for primal eating. You don't have to eat anything you don't want . So, I'm using their points program with primal eating to see I can lose some weight.
Wish me luck. I will pop in here and there - but mostly I will be gone for a while.
