oh............. you will surely catch up - and probably surpass me! but I am feeling pretty comfortable with the rope now. The only thing that stops me is the fatigue! At 50 I'm about spent!!!

I am - when I miss I stop for a few minutes - or longer. I'll sit on the patio and give it a rest for a while then try again. I'm getting pretty comfortable with it.
Its 1:15 and I'm sitting in a dark dining room - nekid - catching up on Words with Friends and Marks Daily Apple journals. Its freakin HOT in our bedroom. This is the first night it hasn't cooled down up there and I'm just roasting! I came down to get a cold glass of water and sat down at the computer............... here I sit - eating nuts. Best try to get back to bed.
Skipped the potato and just had tuna for dinner so food today:

I'm not trying to eat just a little - when it hot - I just have no appetite and I don't eat much.
I wish that worked for me! I am always just as hungry when it is hot. I'm jealous!

Weight today 184. I'm doing the teeter-totter thing and I hate it. Although total normal - so many factors determine what weight is doing from day to day. I had a lot of salty nuts yesterday.
Going to work............. will write more later. Or while at work maybe - depends on how much work I have to do.
It's a perfect 72 degrees in Iowa right now. Absolutely unheard of for July. Our local meteorologist say we've likely seen the hottest weather we're going to see and it'll be a nice mild summer from here on out... last year we breached the hundred degree mark many days in a row, for a couple or three weeks... this year, the hottest we've gotten is 98. I'll take it. I love this balmy weather - perfect for running long and fast. Check out my journal to hear about today's run. It was amazing.
