so - I just took my evening pack of vitamins - and I thought I had a pill stuck in my throat. After swallowing a couple very large gulps of water the "pill" was still stuck. So - flashlight in had I went to the bathroom to see if I could dislodge it. Turns out I have a lump on my right tonsil what looks a bit suspicious. Its white, about the size of a small walnut- and is enclosed inside the tonsil (or whats left of my tonsil, as they tend to shrink with age) and its rather hard when I poke it with my finger. I may need to make a visit to the doc if it isn't going away soon. I wonder if I should be concerned. It isn't tender or oozing or causing any kind of pain or discomfort - it just feels large when I swallow. Very strange.

    As per Marcadav:
    Do 30-60 days clean primal.
    No grains, sugar, alcohol.
Eat 3 meals and primal snacks.
    Don't track food.
    Don't tweak.
Don't expect issues to go away quickly. Instead, just follow the plan and see how things play out.
Decide on an exercise plan you can/will do consistently during the 30-60 days and then do it.

    fixed that for you.

And yes, that was very creepy. We just tend to take a direct approach to idiocy. Of course, we all have guns which helps.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

Totally inappropriate guy. To just come out with a joke(?) like that out of the blue is weird. What century does he think he is living in?
