Not to mention it is poorly written which just irritates the hell out of me...(kinda jealous of your soreness though! )

The only problem with mind-blowing, sore from head to toe sex is that the other party expects it to continue like that, despite our soreness... Down Fido! I can't do it like that all the time!! lol

    my motivation

Things I choose to let go:

    All grains - including rice
    Refined sugars
    Legumes - including peanut butter
    Nuts and nut butters
    Alcohol and soda
    Chocolate
Acidic foods, such as pineapple and tomato
    Coffee and tea
    Eggs
    Curry
    White potato
    Dairy - including butter

I'm choosing to do this......... I don't HAVE to.

I'm doing this because I'm worth it - because I'm worthy - because I love myself.

Okay ...................... DONG QUAI ROCKS! I feel alive again! And hubby is loving it!

on a down note - I ate CRAPPY yesterday! I just didn't have the resolve to leave the ice cream alone!! And then for dinner I gave in to the temptation to try the wings - at Buffalo Wild Wings. First --- mediocre at best. Second --- terribly overpriced! Third --- paying for it today. I won't be eating there again - unless I order the salad.

My tummy is empty and grumbling but I don't want to eat anything. I feel like I need to give my gut a rest today. I might just fast until dinner. Hubby smoked a turkey on Sunday - so dinner is turkey and roasted veggies. Might need to make a buttery gravy type thing for the meat since turkey and veggies is pretty low fat!!

I'm all out of lactaid - so the ice cream in the freezer is no threat! Thats a plus. I need to go step on the scales and see what kind of damage I've done. Lots of sugar and wheat yesterday - not to mention the sauce on the wings probably had HFCS, soy, bad oils and who knows what else! My bowels have pretty much emptied out already, but I still feel queazy.

    Stupid choices yesterday.

oh boy............ I think I have honeymoon-itis! I'm chugging cranberry juice! UGH -- drinking my calories - but its better than letting this thing take hold. When I get a hint of a UTI I know to attack immediately cuz it turns nasty really fast!

I've been reading about this JUDDD thing - the Alternate Day Diet. I think I might try it - but I'm going to do some more research first. I know Sabine is giving it a try.
