Valmason01......... one of my tools is walking. I started out just walking a block - then over the course of about 6 months I worked up to walking a mile, now I can walk 2.5 miles and feel GREAT! The other thing is a MUST -- NO sugar!!! Sugar puts me into a tail spin faster than anything else.
Have you been diagnosed by a general practitioner or by a specialist? GP will tag a name on anything they can't figure out just to say it has a name. Did your diagnosis include a Tender Points analysis? That is a final say in getting a diagnosis of fibromyalgia.
You're fatigue sounds more like CFS to me.
