    Yes - I should have said I have 2/3 of my calories LEFT! My bad.......

    Weight today 181.6 SCORE!! Even after eating a large amount of almond butter yesterday! thanks for the cheers of encouragement! I'm so excited to be so close to being down in the 170's! I was a little worried about being able to be a success at this when I was so stuck in the low 190's! I'm confident now that I can make this work - and will definitely see my goal weight! Praying to see by July 25, 2013. (the 52nd year of me).

    I have pork loin medalions in the slow cooker for dinner haven't eaten anything yet today and it 12:40 pm. tummy is rumbling. We had to take a dry rotted boat to the land fill - about an 1.5 hour round trip journey. So, I skipped breakfast. Making some eggs now.

    the mango salsa in the shrimp/crab mix was absolutely wonderful last night! I didn't even miss the sweet sauce.

    Home alone tonight - as hubby is at OSU with both girls, watching the football game. I'm watching it to - in the comfort of my jammies, and the warmth of my living room! Its a good game - and the Beavers are kicking some Arizona State butt! Thats my Beavs! Its a late game - probably won't get over until around 11:15. Then they will have to walk to the truck - and that could be a good 20 minute walk or more! then take #2 daughter to her apartment. Then drive the 45 minutes back to Keizer. then take #1 daughter home (she lives at her moms) --- THEN come home. So, I expect him to be home around 12:45 AM. UGH........ I'll wait up for him I'm sure.

    Breakfast was 3 eggs fried in a little bacon grease. Dinner was pork loin medalions fixed in the crock pot......... good but a little dry. I topped with the remaining mango salsa from last nights dinnre. I paired it with a large chopped salad - lettuce, carrots, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, red onion and 2 TB honey mustard dressing. Oh yes, and 2 oz colby jack cheese. Total calories 1244, with 56% fat, 29% protein, and 13% carbs. Its a good day again. The honey mustard has such a small amount of sugar I'm not counting it. There is only 2 carbs so that is very little sugar. It was a great dinner! I didn't have any almond butter today.

    Anxious to see if the scale will stay down at 181.6 or will go back up again. I may skip the scales in the morning.....

    Movement today was 2 hours of yard work. I put on the heavy backpack leaf blower and cleaned up the driveway and a portion of the yard. Then got out the garden sheers and started pruning and cutting back some of the ferns and hosta's that need to be cut down for winter. I trimmed a few azalia's --- I nearly DIED when I walked into a spider web and had the spider just inches from my shoulder!!!! We have these NASTY spiders that have the same shape as a black widow - but they are brown or tan -- and are SO UGLY!!!! Makes me shiver just thinking about them! With the forest right behind us we tend to have HUNDREDS of them in the yard and I'm constantly at war with them! I usually win! I either spray them with bug killer or I sweep them down and step on them......... no spider gets to live in my hard! If I see it - I kill it!

    Tomorrow I hope to get in a good long walk while hubby is working on the back hoe with nephew. A couple of VERY large trees fell into the forest directly behind our back fence - causing the fence to fall a bit into the hole that was left. We got the parks department to deliver a few loads of dirt and rocks and we are doing the labor to fix the problem. Hubby gets to play on a back hoe so he's not complaining too much about it. So while they do that I will do some more yard work -- time to take down all the banana plants! so, its lift heavy things day for me. Last year we had 2200 pounds of banana plants that we took to the yard debris place. UGH - unless I can get my son to help I will be doing it ALL by myself.

    Game over!!! Oregon State Beavers win 36-26!!! I do believe our Beavers are going to be playing in the Rose Bowl this year! I'm sure they don't have a chance against the Oregon Ducks in the civil war game --- Ducks are 9-0 this season.

    Gee, I would have thought you would have gone to bed early and benefitted from some snore-free sleep! Try adding a little fat to your pork medallions next time, if they came out too dry. It might help.

    Sounds like a good time in the yard, spiders or no. You do realize they are helping you kill off bugs that attack your plants, don't you? You should leave at least a few behind... Poor Tomi. I give her such a hard time.

    So, did you get brave enough to check the scales?

    I leave the spiders that don't build the webs that I have to walk through --- you know, the funnel spiders and the ones that stay hidden - but if they are layed out between things and are in plain sight --- all bets are OFF!

    I know I should have gone to bed early. The football game ended at 11:15 - and then I turned to a show about people who are shopping addicts. SERIOUSLY? this 21 year old girl was spending so much money (provided by her rich fiance') that she was in jeapardy of him calling off the wedding. She already had $15,000 worth of BATHING SUITS - and was contemplating buying another one for $182 - because she didn't have anything like it. I think she was much more SPOILED than addicted, cuz it was pretty easy to break her spending habit once boyfriend layed out the rules. She didn't want to lose him and be forced to actually WORK - so she chose to give up the buying. Anyway........... I went to bed at midnight - hubby came home at 1:30 - so I did get a little sleep before he got there. And he only snored just a little at the very beginning - and then I had a great nights sleep!

    As I'm typing hubby and nephew are working on the dirt piles. We have a back hoe and a cat! Hubby is in testosterone bliss getting to play with the BIG toys this morning! He's so cute.

    I'm full up on 2 bacon and 3 eggs. Heading out to start cutting down and loading up the massive amounts of banana plants in our back yard. I will post before and after pics for your viewing pleasure!

    OH - nope - did NOT step on the scale - but I am feeling thinner if that counts for anything! And hubby is quick to agree that the "girls" are rapidly shrinking

    I much prefer watching football on tv to seeing it live. I like the informed commentary, the explanations of calls, the replays. Not to mention the bathroom nearby, the better snacks, and the comfortable couch!

    I totally agree on the comfort of my livingroom over a crowded stadium for watching football!

    okay - after 5 hours of yard work - including cutting down and carrying/loading about 1500 pounds of banana plants - MYSELF! I'm cutting loose this evening and breaking my resolve. Dinner was a big hamburger patty drowned in baked beans from a can! It was VERY YUMMY! I just finished eating a wonderful piece of cheesecake.......... and now hubby and I are sitting down to watch the end of the Cowboys vs. Falcons game --- and enjoying a good stiff Rum and Diet coke!

    and I have no remorse or guilt! I've been REALLY good for 2 weeks --- its time for a break.
