I'm just curious; what have been your experience on the induction flu, if you've had it at all.

I want to figure out how it 'feels' like so I can recognize it if it happens, without irritating anyone with even more questions (like I usually do).

    NSWM,

I had a couple days of feeling spacey, with that 'out of gas' feeling...but that was about it. I understand lot of folks have it for a couple weeks or so.

    How long did it last?

Mine typically lasts three to four days. I feel tired, achy, sluggish, and generally blah. Especially if I give up coffee at the same time. Then I start feeling really good and often have a reduced appetite.

    It's definitely worth getting through.
