I have 2, I drink Jack3d 30 to 45 mins before i do my workout.
then i drink the following:
cup of berries
3 raw eggs
table spoon of olive oil
ice and water
just before and during the workout. but some people would say yuck to that, but all i taste is berries and its a smooth taste haha.
Not so much a shake but a pudding. It's not the same every time but here are ingredients I use
Coconut or almond milk sweetened with stevia
Whey protein concentrate/isolate
Raw pumpkin seeds
100% raw cocoa
A little dried fruit and some fresh berries.
Mash at it with a spoon until puddingy and NOM NOM. I used to add psyllium husk but now I am seeing the evils of superfluous fiber. Although psyllium was good for adding to the bulk.
Stabbing conventional wisdom in its face.

Frozen blueberries, Chocolate protein, cinnamon, flaxseed oil and heavy cream. Freeze it just a little, and it's like dessert.
Frozen peaches (or other fruit)
Whey powder or egg powder
