Hi,

My name is Maria Anna, I'm 5,4 and 115lbs. Managed to come down from 145lbs. I kept on having cravings though, and usually wake up in te middle of the night, hungry and eat. I suffer from nocturnal sleep related eating disorder.

So I started the Leptin Reset two weeks ago. At first it felt fantastic! No hunger, no cravings whatsoever. But yesterday night, after going to bed I was so hungry and craving wheat and sugar that I binged on everything I could get my hands on.

I feel discouraged now. I don't want to give up this new way of eating but how do I stay on track?
It's also that I know that according to Kruse, a relapse puts you back two weeks in time.... So I basically have to start all over again....

Haven't I made any progress then?
