Veal Liver Ideas?
So I was at the farmers market earlier today and found some grass fed veal liver. Any ideas on what to do with it and how to cook it? I've made beef calfs liver before so I assume it's cooked about the same? I would like to try something besides the typical liver and onions, although its always a good easy go to. I googled this of course, but figured i would ask the lovely MDA folk for any tips, suggestions, ideas?
